Frosted by Ope has been a dream come true for me. Growing up, the best part of attending any party for me was the dessert table. Regardless of the occasion, dessert was my favorite part of any meal.
In 2015, I enrolled in the L’Art du Gateau program at the prestigious French Pastry School and it was one the best decisions of my life. I launched Frosted by Ope initially as a cake business but decided to start experimenting with cookies about 3 years ago. I baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies and to my surprise, they were such a hit. From there, I decided to experiment with more cookie flavors and ideas. The feedback from family, friends, co-workers and even strangers reassured me that I might be on to something great with these cookies.
Frosted by Ope was created with the intent of helping to create the freshest and best deserts in the Chicagoland Area. So, without further ado, let’s get cracking! (Some eggs that is).
